LEGAL INFORMATION

• Investigations are for 18 years of age and older unless specified
• Investigation times will be posted
• You must present a valid ID at each investigation site
• Add dates are subject to change
  • Tickets will be transferred to the new date
  • If there are not enought attendees, the investigation will be rescheduled
• If a location closes, reschedules the date, or no longer allows investigations
  • Closes and no longer allows investigations -- full refund excluding third party fees (Square)
  • Rescheduled -- tickets will be transferred to the new date or a different event
• Each attendee is responsible for their own transportation to and from the event(s)
• Souvenirs, hotel accommodations, gas, snacks, etc. are not included in the price unless specified
• Drugs, alcohol, and weapons are not allowed on the investigation
• Smoking is in designated areas only
• It is the attendees responsibility to keep their contact information up to date
• It is the attendees responsibility to give the correct email address at checkout to ensure you receive your paperwork, online forms, etc.
• Not all locations are handicap accessible
• If there is severe weather alerts, warnings, and/or severe weather expected, events may be rescheduled for safety
• Paranormal activity is not guaranteed
• If paperwork is not received by the due date, a 7% late fee will be assessed
• Travel insurance is available through www.TravelInsurance.com

Pre-Event Notifications

• We will reach out to you 7-10 days prior to the investigation with updates, confirmations, and reminders
  

Refund Information

• No refund will be given unless the location closes or no longer allows investigations
• Tickets, tours, and souvenirs are non-refundable if purchased through Eclipse Paranormal
• Being asked not to attend, being banned, and being asked to leave -- no refund
  

Credit Card Disputes, Bank Chargebacks, and Third Party Fees

• If you are sent a refund check and file a dispute with your credit card/bank
  • The check will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund
  • This may be considered fraud by your bank or credit card company
• If you file a claim with your card issuer and have not cancelled your ticket(s)
  • You are liable for the amount owed
  • You are liable for the amount refunded to you 
  • You are liable for the fees associated with recovering the amount owed and/or refund 
  • You will be banned from all events 
  • This may be considered fraud by your bank or credit card company
• If you attend an event and file a dispute with your bank or credit card issuer
  • You are liable for the amount refunded to you if applicable
  • You are liable for the fees associated with recovering the amount refunded to you
  • You will be banned from all events
  • This may be considered fraud by your bank or credit card company
• Service fees and processing fees are non-fundable and must be refunded from them 

Event Integrity

• If you do any of the following before, during, or after an investigation/event, you will be banned and no refund will be given
  • Banned or removed from a previous event
  • Banned from attending before an event
  • Membership revoked from Eclipse Paranormal or from a participating team in the investigation/event you would like to attend or attending
  • You owe money from a previous event
    • Previous balance must be paid in full to attend
    • You will not qualify for a payment plan
    • Ticket(s) must be paid in full
  • Treated an employee of the hotel, tour site, restaurant, location, etc. unprofessionally while with Eclipse Paranormal
  • You have been asked to, or are asked to, leave a location, hotel, tour site, etc. by management, staff, a hosting team, or Eclipse Paranormal
• If you have tried to do one or more acts towards anyone involved with the event or investigation you will be banned and no refund will be given
  • Commit fraud
  • Defame, extort, or blackmail
  • Slander, mock, berate, or intimidate
  • Call anyone derogatory names at a previous or current event or investigation
  • Threaten location owner/staff, fellow investigator, or a member of Eclipse Paranormal
• If you do not follow the staff and Eclipse Paranormal's safety instructions, you will be
  • Removed from the investigation or event
  • Banned from future events or investigations
• If you have an issue with a location staff member or a member of Eclipse Paranormal
  • Contact another staff member you are comfortable with to help resolve the matter at hand
  • Do NOT contact
    • The location owner(s)
    • Other participants
    • Vendors, speakers, or sponsors

• All Terms and Conditions are subject to change
  • Eclipse Paranormal is located in the State of Indiana, County of Elkhart
  • By reading this, you, the purchaser, acknowledges, if the need arises, Eclipse Paranormal can pursue legal action if needed and will be taken in any state
  • By reading this, you, the purchaser, acknowledges that collection efforts up to, and including, legal action will be taken in any state
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without advising Eclipse Paranormal of the transfer
  • If tickets are transferred to another person without notification, the person attending will be denied entrance
  • If tickets are transferred to another person, the new part MUST fill out the forms as well and reach out to Eclipse Paranormal at Info@EclipseParanormal.com as well
